What we are

We own the specification, the certification file and the after-sales obligation.

Shenzhen Polymen Batteries CO., LTD. is an OEM/ODM battery partner based in Shenzhen. Production is carried out at our contracted partner facilities — a C&I storage line in Guangdong and a long-standing LFP cell and large-format ESS base in Hubei.

Product and liability responsibility sits with us, not with an unnamed third party you discover later. We sign NDAs, provide company registration documents on request, and place a manufacturer authorisation letter on file for any tender dossier that requires one.

  • Documents before products. UN 38.3, test reports, certificates and manuals ship with every consignment.
  • Cell-level traceability. Every unit carries a unique serial code traceable from cell to finished pack through MES.
  • One contact, all the way. The engineer who answers your pre-sales question signs off the FAT and takes your after-sales call.

C&I storage procurement runs as a serial set of checks. A response that only discusses cycle life and efficiency is read at gate three and then discarded.

Counterparty risk

A named Shenzhen legal entity with a fixed registered address, one accountable contact, and a manufacturer authorisation letter we can place on file for any tender dossier.

Compliance and insurability

UN 38.3, factory test report, certificate of conformity and manual with every shipment. ISO 9001 / 14001. IEC 62619, IEC 63056, EN 50549-1/-2 held on our storage lines.

Will it fit on site?

Footprint, height, clearances and fire separation issued as a dimensioned drawing with the datasheet. Dutch layouts drawn against PGS 37-2 separation distances.

Whole-life economics

Above 8,000 cycles at rated DoD and above 93 % DC-terminal efficiency, under the measurement conditions printed in the technical annex. We do not publish a curve we have not measured.

Delivery and terms

Standard lines 4–6 weeks ex-works, project-specific 8–10 weeks. Sea freight to Rotterdam adds 5–7 weeks. 10-year performance and 5-year product warranty.

Quoted per project against a defined configuration. We publish the assumption set behind a price so two offers can be compared like for like.
